Premium members can activate Incognito Mode, which hides your profile from search results and lets you browse without appearing in other members' visitor lists. Your profile is still visible to members you choose to contact. This feature is available under Account Settings once subscribed to a premium plan.

Membership & Billing
Premium membership includes: unlimited messaging with any member, read receipts, advanced search filters (age, location, lifestyle preferences), Incognito Mode, profile priority in search results, access to verified member badges, and priority customer support. Plans are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain premium access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes all profile data, messages, and matches within 30 days, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you'd simply like a break, we recommend deactivating your account instead — your data is preserved and you can return anytime.
